Vaccines make no sense in a day and age when we know (a) how to prevent spreading the disease and (b) how to treat the disease.

We do have miracle drugs that simply didn't exist when vaccines were first introduced. If it's true that you can treat polio with ivermectin, why vaccinate for polio? Just train doctors and people how to ID it early, treat it, and stop pooping in the water you drink, and it will disappear.
