Yup. On initial viewing I thought everyone was talking about Biden's left hand? On a few frames, when he extends his finger on the left hand it too does some freaky things going through the smaller darker mic boom cover. It's nearer the start.

I then like every one else saw the laughable mask with the bigger grey mic boom.
