We know about the DoD Law of War manual and 11.3 about beligerent occupation and that this must apply to what's going on in Washington DC with the fences and the National Guard.
When Q says that 11.11 is a strategic marker, do you think he means there is a 3 year delta ("Planned [3]" from post 577), meaning the stage will be set for justice around May 13 this year? 11.11 in the manual deals with Criminal Law in Occupied Territory and according to John Solomon, Durham will come with criminal indictments around the end of April / beginning of May.

So America will be unified again 11.11.18 (post 1234). Does this mean 11.11 in the DoD manual and 2018+3=2021? Post 3579 seems to say that the route to follow is something with DoD 11.11.18
Trump met with Putin in Paris on the 11th of November 2018. Q said "Now what are the odds of that". This might relate to the fact that Q posted post 2396 end of September and the first mention I can find online of this meeting was the middle of October. So this post might be unrelated and was just used as a Q proof. Interestingly though, Trump and Putin also met on the 11th of November 2017 in Vietnam.
These are just some thoughts. It feels like there's more to understand about 11.11 so I'm curious to hear other people's thoughts.
