Says who? All the sites I found that "debunked" it were the usual suspects (snopes et al).

Lets look at the facts.

• Cannibalism is not illegal
• Its not illegal to buy body parts (this is reuters, but if you do a search everyone says it).
• If you do a search for cannibalism restaurants you can find many. That doesn't mean any are legit, but it isn't just the one.

I don't know. There doesn't seem to be any legal problems with it. If that's the case, then it exists somewhere. LA would be a very likely place for that "somewhere."
