I work in cybersecurity and don't want to knock down your theory, but what you're looking at is the Certificate Issuer (DigiCert) for their ssl certificate. Anyone else who uses DigiCert will also have theirs listed. Quick example I can think of is Netflix. Try them and you'll see the same thing.
You should quit your job if that would be really true. Obviously you have no idea how digital certificate keys work. It's the certificate key identifier, not certificate issuer. See the red markers.
