Afaik, there's also a Russian vaccine (Sputnik V) and a Chinese one (Sinovac), as well as an Indian one. For the pedes where they are being used, any data on how they're behaving (side effects, deaths and such ) ?

In India
Down here in Panama people are getting vaccinated, but any adverse results are being kept secret. But I have a friend who is a fire fighter, and also works coordinating emergency response for the government who took the first does of the Pfizer vaccine and she told me that she almost died with a severe allergic reaction, and had to be taken to an ER. She is afraid of taking the second shot. She also told me about a superior of hers who had a similar reaction.
I'm interested too as we're not getting any feedback on those.
On the European side, I know that a 24-yr student in the medical field (unspecified) died of thrombosis, 10 days after receiving a shot of the AstraZeneca "vaccine". Well, I guess he doesn't have to worry about covid-19 anymore...
Yet the death will be reported as covid for agenda pushing purposes.
