a delta is when Q would put a message up on 4 chan/8 chan...then trump would tweet. thus showing the predictive nature of Qs posts being tied to trumps tweets...at first they would use like a subject or a question....ex Q would post at 200pm" who loves our military?" 215pm Trumps next tweet would be something like....."I love our military. Today I am going to visit Fort Brag...." this would be a 15min delta..they used these to prove the tie between trump and Q...they did this like over a hundred times.
