There have been two Great Awakenings in American history, in which many people accepted Christ as their Savior and the country turned away from a path of destruction toward a path of peace. However, these Awakenings also prepared the nation for coming great wars by strengthening the character of the people. This is definitely a unique time in history and God is doing a gigantic work. I earenstly hope and believe this is our third Great Awakening.
