Info is probably accurate but judges have referred to CJTRUTH as CJ(UN)TRUTH so it's fairly safe to assume that this individual is a DS shill....

Looking around a bit there seems to be a lot of 'cjtruth' alt accounts(just do a quick search) on gab and probably other socials as well......
