I suppose you could make some argument for that, although I would be surprised if military code even includes election lawe as it's not a 1:1 legal system and I would assume there would be jurisdiction issues. Regardless, even with a military conviction they have no legal authority to actually remove a President. That power is given specifically to Congress and the Framers were very careful to limit the authority of the military domestically.
So I think the military needs to make a move. An illegal move, but a just one. If they want to set up a kangaroo court and ignore the justice system, SCOTUS, state courts, US AG and Justice Department that's fine with me. I think they'll have to as well because I see none of those entities going along with this.
Personaly I don't know why Trump doesn't just walk into the White House. We all know it's empty right now and Trump is filming on Castlerock Studios grounds. It would avoid the whole charade with the military.
