I still don't think any court can even issue a judgement against a President, let alone have the legal authority to remove them. Regardless of what happened during the election it was still very legally certified. The Vice President himself presided over the final ceremony. So in my opinion, in that specific sense, Joe Biden is legally our President and I think Congress alone has the power to legally remove him. But we all know it won't happen so we need the military to step in at this point. Even if we could agree the courts could legally remove the sitting President we both know they won't actually do it .
