I dont get it. Cardinals, bishops, clergy and religious take the vow of POVERTY, chastity and obedience. They are provided with homes, transportation, utilities and are tax free (501c3) for all they buy and pay no income tax. The cardinals and bishops I know live in multi-million dollar estates. Yeah, cut their stipends!
