The upside is ever since the Democrats have allowed "peaceful" protests and the "peaceful criminal" to run rampant (especially in liberal areas), ammunition has been sold out in many places. I am certain it's not just the conservatives buying it up. This is happening in a lot of liberal areas as well.

In addition to that, I have seen many comments here on the GreatAwakening about liberals buying guns (first time gun buyers) and ammo. This issue crosses party lines. These gun confiscation measures are as universally un-popular as can be. It may not be as much a civil war, if something goes down, as a country wide revolt against the government. In a situation like that, the government almost never wins.
