(And I still recall reading the comments section of San Francisco online paper at the time of the primary, and was stunned by how many SF liberals evidently truly loathed her. It was jaw-dropping the amount of specific hate these left-leaning readers had for her. I truly have no idea how she got elected to the Senate from the entire state... even if that state was California.)
