I just laugh at this stuff now because I know it's not really BIden who's saying this crap. This puppet doesn't even know what number stair comes after 1..2...

This is all b-roll footage from a really bad movie. It's gotta be the reject footage for the deleted scenes that they'll include in the director's cut.
