Dogs don't spy on you and report your key-strokes and what you say to a Microsoft server.
I recently became aware of this and was even surprised. But should not have been surprised, it's all par for the course for these people. This starts to explain why windows 10 has secretly become free (you can upgrade to it from windows 7 and 8 for free using the official microsoft upgrade package until this very day even though it was supposed to have expired a few years back).
The article above covers the key logger. Used a more mainstream source so you can forward it to the normies. However, if you search for this in a search engine, plenty of results will come up.
For the voice stuff, the spyware is called Cortana, and if you ever looked into it, there is no easy way to remove this extra piece of spyware from your windows 10 install (there are hacks such as messing with the windows registry, but no simple un-install or disable button). It is supposed to be possible to un-check the spy on me feature of Cortana, but that's if you trust that microsoft is honest about that check-box.
