I worked for FOTL Corperate which is a major Berkshire Hathoway company....

I was forced to take repetitive history lessons about WB. They praised him like he was a god. We were "heavily recommended" to donate part of our salary to charities under his foundations such as United Way.

Their energy is super weird.. they take pride in paying third world countries shit to make their tshirts.. They spin in like we saved their lives or something and they should be thankful to even have a job.. I GTFO, QUICKLY.

Its not a cult, its just a place where they force you to spend hours outside of your typical work day to learn more about company history, and participate in activities that benefit the team as a whole. Then we gather around and discuss our great lea.... wait a minute..
