This is a true point that doesnt get mentioned as often but is a big one imo. And I can see how cosmetic surgery CAN actually change a face that much, incl ears, spatial arrangement, but the old joe--man he was characterized as an arrogant rude asshole. This guy is known as a goof gaffe machine. To me the drastic personality change is more sus than anything
