How can a school district legally implement American Patriotism back in schools? Is it allowed alongside mandated global/communism indoctrination?https://trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/The-Presidents-Advisory-1776-Commission-Final-Report.pdf

Absent a Q plan decimating the federal government and restoring constitutional government, I think it will have to be a grassroots movement. It will likely be starting in the states like Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, etc. What needs to happen is two things: 1) More parents choose to homeschool. 2) Parents organize and set up community schools and 'group homeschool' situations. Both of these involve, in some states, breaking current regulations. They've made it very expensive and regulatory to start your own school. We need governors, mayors, and Sheriffs who will change these laws and refuse to enforce them. Of course the first ingredient is that enough people recognize the problem to begin with. I think many do.
Are you saying that the globalist books, training on racial equity, book referrals to lgbt love relationships using animals are all mandated for public schools and school districts cannot unilaterally remove or refuse it on a local district level? Are you also saying that the school district cannot make patriotic books the predominant classroom discussion alongside any required indoctrination involving global teachings?
Yeah I agree that trying to fix the public schools can and should be part of the solution. But long term people need to recognize that the government has no business teaching our children. The government is a necessary evil. They serve very specific functions. Having access to children should be illegal for the government.
Idk. My middle school daughter just came home yesterday and told me that they had a speaker talk to them (a black teacher from a neighboring school) who told them that they are all born inherently racist and they all have white privilege. (We are in a town that’s 97% white). And that blacks can not be racist. Wokeness has arrived to my NY suburb.
"Independent Study."
Ron Paul has made some commentaries and editorials about this. Chief among them is the statement I'll paraphrase: "People are homeschooling, but why do they make a big deal about teaching to state standards? The point is to teach to real standards."
Yeah. Learning outside school is what you mean, right?
Independent study is usually offered within schools. The basic idea is to bring the control of the curriculum as local and close to the parents as possible. Remove the federal DOE, state admin, as much as possible. Curriculum still varies a lot from state to state.
What is fed. DOE and what can I read to understand how to remove as much federal/state mandates as possible? My issue is seeing the school district website talk about how it is training the HS and middle school to thrive in a global society and then to see links to educator resources for blm books and lgbt resources and other pictures suggesting blm, pride, chinese dress performance (red china), ghosts in pictures of high school (or impression of it) and everything associated with globalism and the cabal). I see torrance school district has a normal website. El Segundo is scary. Even school paper promotes how the capitol riot harmed democracy. The whole El SEgundo school district is being used to churn out Students programmed for globalism and I want to veer it off this pathway.
My comment was a big-picture view, long-term strategy, not useful for parents currently in the trenches. For you, I'd suggest looking for charter schools or simply testing out of high school altogether. It depends on how many children and what ages (that is, how long they'd have to suffer through) in the system. If there is a chance your child has a good relationship with a teacher (one that hasn't bought into all the BS), they might be able to get an independent study approved, but it's a long shot. If the school is really bad, you really just have to find a way to get them out and into a better place. Charter schools, homeschooling, or moving to better districts. Good luck!
It sounds like schools and school districts do have a choice on how far to indulge globalism which means residents can rally and petition and fight for a removal of heavy globalism indoctrination. This is what I was wondering as I will push to reduce or remove active attempt by the school at indoctrinating students into globalism. They can't discriminate also against lesbians, etc.. but they do not have to actively teach about lesbianism. My interpretation of your writing. This would give me hope that I have an Avenue to start fighting and knowing it is possible to reverse globalism teaching in schools
Yes, you do. But prepare yourself. If you talk to the principal by yourself, you'll likely not get far. If you go with a petition signed by 100 or more other parents, you'll be treated better. Contact people in the PTA (not the organization head first, unless you know them) and see who among them will help. Building a consensus first will help. But it's an uphill battle, in my experience. Prayers for you, and always talk to your kids.
Thank you.
