Gates is all about population control. He would bring on another ice age if he thought it would kill off a majority of the people, which is probably the purpose of this study.

The world really should lock up this mad pseudo scientist before he destroys the rest of humanity. Or maybe just give him his population reduction by two, he and his nut case wife.
