I second that! When you get them, you have to pop them into the dryer for a bit to puff them up to full size. They feel "lumpy" to the touch, but don't be fooled - they're marvelously comfy for sleeping! And do heed the advice in the My Pillow firmness chart to find the best firmness option. Happy shopping!
