I think that's the problem actually. I'm not saying I approve of either one but we have free speech for a reason. Although in the clerk thing he obviously might get fired cause he's pissing off customers. As far as a message board goes you start banning people unfairly and poof everyone leaves. I'm a unix admin. I know that from first hand experience. I'm not saying it was or wasn't a fair banning. I'm just saying you start pissing your users off and they will suddenly all just disappear.

Those are social and cultural pressures but they are organic. This BS the left is doing isn't organic half the time. Its also the few enforcing their views on the many more often than not. Its supposed to be the other way around.
