I haven't got out much lately and when I do I wear a mask. I don't like confrontation. Today I was reading on here before going to Walmart and said, fuck it, no one is going to say anything if I take my mask off and I literally don't give a fuck anymore.
The myriad feelings I had as not only did no one care, but people seemed extra nice to me, was literally like I woke from a very dark and foggy dream that I was not in control of.
I feel something strongly watching this clip now after that experience. We have turned into compliant robots and you can't understand that fully until you tell them to fuck off.
Almost as if the whole point of wearing masks is to lose the connection one has with another human being. Unable to read expressions and characteristics keeps your mind scrambling to find the remaining pieces of the puzzle

Nice story. When I started taking off my mask I also felt like everyone, ESPECIALLY employees, were extra nice to me. It was awesome.
Except Total Wine. They kicked me out. :)
