More like: We love evil. How do we promote it in a way that won't turn people off
Let's be realistic. They are not on the fence. They have picked a side and it's not a good one. 'Good' is what they pretend to be to get votes or when it suits their otherwise evil interests.
Sinead o'Connor didn't ignore the child abuse. The mainstream media came down on her like a ton of bricks. But then some victims started winning lawsuits against the Catholic church. As a lawyer, all Lin Wood has to do is represent just a few of the millions victims molested by Congressional Democrats and top Hollywood elites. Then the rest will come out of the woodwork.
I beg to differ fren. It was 25 years ago but we still remember it. i think her communication was clear if you look at a few details.
It was an a capella version of Bob Marley's War but she changed the lyrics to represent the plight of abused youth rather than racial inequality. She held up a photo of orphaned children in the rehearsal, but changed it to a photo of the pope for the live. The actual photo she tore up meant a lot to her as it had hung in her mothers home since 1978.
"The act itself, the form of protest she employed on Saturday Night Life, was inspired by Bob Geldof. She told Hot Press, "When the Boomtown Rats went to No. 1 in England with Rat Trap, [Bob] Geldof went on Top of the Pops and ripped up a photo of John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, who had been No. 1 for weeks and weeks before. And I thought, 'Yeah, f---! What if someone ripped up a picture of the pope?' Half of me was just like: 'Jesus, I'd love to just see what'd happen.'"
Can I add, there is also a clear difference between Catholicism and Christianity in my observations. I see in Catholicism the pope is like god to Catholics, he is put on a pedestal and is regarded as number one, and can do no wrong, even though he is a man. In Christianity God is number one and can do NO wrong.
In Catholicism you pray to god via a person, the pope, a priest, Mary or a saint. In Christianity you pray directly to God, because Jesus made it possible for us to do so. Cutting out any middle men/women and being able to communicate directly.
In Catholicism you have to 'work' for your salvation, to make you 'good enough' to receive it. In Christianity you are given your salvation by accepting what Jesus did to make it possible for us to receive it.
In Catholicism you obey man made rules and regulations, and pray to saints who have died. In Christianity you obey two rules love God with all your heart all your might and all your strength, and love others as yourself. (if you do this the 10 commandments in the old testament will be fulfilled) in case people think I am dismissing these.
Well that has been my experience and observations over the past 40+ years. So ripping a photo of the pope does nothing other than ripping a photo of the pope to make a point that he is not god nor fallible and was up to no good with the children in her opinion, which we are beginning to see now too.
By saying this a Christian can be found anywhere and in any denomination, because simply put, a Christian is someone who has accepted Jesus as their Saviour and accepted His salvation and lives their lives in accordance with the two new commandants He gave.
*I am open to changing my mind if I am wrong in my assumptions so feel free to correct me if I am wrong. :)
Agreed, what the catholics teach is not how our relationship with God and His son is supposed to be, IMO, and is a perversion that will end up damning far more people than saving but luckily it's not too late for some; His hand is always open.
Great. It is the difference between a religion, which is man made and a relationship, which is God made. One burdensome and the other freedom to choose.
Unfortunately the devil is good at counterfeiting. But, with God nothing is impossible and people can break through those lies he sets, and as you said it is not too late, His hand is always open. I agree 100% :)
All of this is exactly how it's supposed to be. A free flowing exchange of ideas with a willing to have one's own opinion changed. You all are awesome, there's still hope for this country. May God bless you all...
There's likely a human trafficking taskforce active in your area, wherever you live. I used to live in Genesee County, Michigan, there is a multi-agency taskforce there called GCHTTF that liaisons with the public through churches, unfortunately, in the area.. Since I've been gone from there another project has been started called GHOST, Genesee Human Oppression Strike Team, and they're making arrests.
I support the secular side of these special forces, but having been mentally, emotionally, spiritually abused by religion for most of my life I don't see what that side is doing as beneficial.. Actually, I see it as swapping physical slavery and abuse for what I experienced. So to me the churches can fuck off, fucking vultures.
Sorry to hear your experiences. I was in a catholic orphanage when I was younger, 7 or 8 with 3 of my younger siblings. When my mom managed to get us back out, I has a hate for nuns. I was not sexually abused but did get whacked with a long cane a few times because I would not go to sleep. I became a Christian as a teen and have seen some not so nice things in churches, but I have also seen some excellent work helping 100s of people over the past 40+ years, life changing for the good in most. I have come to the conclusion that there are good, bad and ugly in every sphere of life, we just have to discern and expose the bad, especially if it harms others. It has not wavered my faith, and am happy I am a Christian with a great relationship with my God, through Jesus and His Holy Spirit.

Prayers for Lin Wood’s safety.
Also, where did they get the blood for those new Satan Nike's?
It's Nike. If they need blood they just kill the Uyghur worker at the particular assembly line station where they inject the blood.
Isn't that a bio-hazard?
See no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil
I think we all know why they ignore it.

God Bless Lin Wood and keep him protected. He's shinning the light pure on evil and opening the eyes of many..

Yo I found a connection on minearc.
just wanted you to know the backstory :)
Out of context it was poor communication. She mentioned child sex abuse in Ireland before she tore it up.

I felt alone having said it for many years now, I'm glad someone recognizable has said it.

What would the world wide demand for this?

Some may buy it for a bomb or survival shelter but what might human traffickers buy it for?
