I think the last is important. On 3/31, the Fed will no longer enable bank holding companies to use the relaxed capital reserves rules they've had during Covid. I'm still learning all this financial stuff, but I've read where this is going to affect the hedge funds currently shorting all the stocks when this stops (no more easy access to capital.) And then Gamestop and other stocks will supposedly be able to fly.
