Let me see if I can spell it out for you.
We see a child screaming running away from the school. Is it also possible there is more to this story and he might have been hurt at the school? Quite possible. Do we take this seriously? yes, we should.
Now, on top of that, the cops seem to be totally oblivious to the child's suffering and infact they berate him, scream at him and threaten to beat him. Does it look like this kid is being protected? No. Does it look like these cops are not new to child abuse? Hell yeah. Should this cause concern? Absolutely.
Now, on top of all that, we see a wall full of Pandas in the school. Do we know about symnbology? Yes, thats what Q spent the last 4 years teaching us. Do we know what Panda eyes mean? Absolutely. We have seen multiple videos of about it and we know its disgustingly cruel. Does it make sense to have a bunch of cartoons and stuff that kids might like or does it make sense for the wall to be plastered with Pandas?
