They basically have unlimited money over there. Even if it was just basic cargo they see I’m like they would be more motivated than they are.

I think Trump solidified white hats in the Middle East in 2017 so it makes sense they wouldn’t be clamoring to help if there was sensitive cargo that needed to be revealed.

Literally just pulling this out of thin air bouncing ideas.
