I need help in deciding the best course of action. A week ago my company (Toyota) has mandated covid testing once every week. A lot of people are complaining yet it seems the executives do not care what others think. They say if you say no to the covid testing once every week then you are unable to enter the premises until you say yes. You are essentially laid off until you comply with their demands.

And what is worse it seems they will try and push the vaccine as well.

Initially they were collecting data since January by stating they will bring in voluntary covid tests to the workplace. During the past 3 months they were gathering data and pushing surveys on saying who will and who wont do the covid testing. Afterwards they mandated starting April 5th that everyone has to take the covid test once every week or they will not be allowed to work.

Worst part is they are now pushing the vaccine. They used the same wording back in January for the testing and now saying in June we will be able to take the vaccine. They probably are going to say it is voluntary at first then make it mandatory. Trudeau literally said he will have all Canadians vaccinated by september.
