Could be fireworks. The title says Edmonton too....where's the Edmonton video? Was there another one other than just Niagra Falls? There was one odd thing that happened 100km west of Edmonton though a couple days ago. During a big thunderstorm, my friend says her neighbour's are blowing off fireworks but she couldn't see them and then she says, it sounds sort of like guns too. So, why would anyone go out during a thunderstorm and do this? Then a kid on my bus tells me that his neighbor was blowing off fireworks during the storm too....this kid lives 25km away from my friend. Can't be the same neighbor. Fireworks aren't even that easy to buy here in Canada.
