It is not difficult to see benefit for both sides, even from our limited knowledge. Regardless of who instigated it, I think it is likely benefiting both sides. Even if the white hats started it, the Great Reset benefits from any economic detriment.

Having said that, there are an awful lot of Q-incidences surrounding it. This makes me think it was either originally a white hat op, or it was a black hat op that is being maximized by the white hats.
