I asked the same question a few days ago. Nobody really seems to know for sure. I can tell you that the ship moving 17 meters doesn't convince me of anything. I guess we will find out soon enough. I believe the black hats are using the situation to deflect away from other things like the current border crisis and new voter laws in some battle ground states....
