It looks like old footage of an older event. The man's name is Michael Lewis Arthur Meyer, of Veterans on Patrol, and according to this article this video and related videos were posted on their FB page around June 2018. According to this article and others like it, what he had found was just a homeless shelter and no evidence there was any child sex trafficking, but I would not put it past the MSM and the authorities to ridicule him to suppress the truth.
