Why reach out in this manner, rather than, say, a Q-drop?

Is it a way to broadcast "we still have power within the government"?

Surely you know that there is no "qanon'. There is Q and there are anons. Sorry but I just hate to see the movement referred to in the same way that the fake news does it. Blame Dave.
