That is a big fat NO. This means that somewhere along the line someone gave permission. Now the blowback comes and they’re denying. Or is the blowback for publicity, likely what is actually going on.
They would have to buy and then aftermarket alter the Nike shoes they bought. But they can’t manufacture the shoes with a swoosh. I’m not sure on where these garbage shoes came bought from Nike and repurposed or manufactured. If they created them separate from Nike, that would be an issue

It's a thing. You don't sign a terms of service contract when buying Nike.

That is what they are doing. They are being sold through an altering company that normally alters shoes.
