“Preferred pronouns” make zero sense at all. The whole point of using a pronoun is that it takes the place of a name, making pronouns into de facto names defeats the whole purpose.
They are promoting preferred pronoun's in my workplace. It is a large organization and it makes some sense only from the standpoint that you don't know what they f'kn are - other than fugly in both sexes. All I can think of is the character Pat from SNL...
