I sent this to an Image Analyst friend who retired mil now in solar farm industry. Will update if he has sauce.

Ok, he got back to me. Said those are Inverter Blocks...one inverter for every 6 solar panel arrays. Is this near a village? What would require power there? Refrigerated containers? Probably for buildings in general area.
