Agree for sure and you're right, I failed to mention that legally obtained evidence could be a limiting factor in bringing numerous charges.

Imagine you have a snitch flipping for one of the most connected and damning networks of trafficking known to exist. Legal investigation alone would take...just an incredible amount of time, I imagine getting the legal process moving as SOON as you had a 100% seaworthy case would be a top priority.
