He was the first poster in the comment thread—named all the vitamins. Dr. Oz is not an expert on vitamins and just how deficient most people in the US are. Even Fauci admits he takes 9000 a day. I take 10000 a day throughout the winter (probably 4times a week total) and don’t during the summer.
My M.D. prescribed 50,000 IU vitamin D3 pills (1 per week for 3 weeks) when a blood test indicated vitamin D deficiency a few years back. It's safe for most adults, but check with your doctor to be sure. I regularly take 5,000 or 10,000 IUs daily during the winter now, even more if I think I've been exposed to a cold or flu. Better yet, get some sunshine on your skin!
That is what my Dr had me on. My sister & I have critically low D levels, contrary to what our lifestryles would dictate. It marginally helped.
From my reading there are no upper level dosage contraindications.
Who is this Tazzurit? Dr. Oz recommends about 1/10 that amount...
I’d like to read up on this high amount.
Thanks

This was a good source I found and saved.
Also, I had read years ago about 10,000 units Vitamin D when sick. Unfortunately I didn’t save that one!
Thanks!
