I'm still confused on the mRNA solution - does it just insert proteins to calm the natural immune response to coronavirus so there's no cytokine storm? Or does it also build some antibodies like a standard vaccine would do? If it's just the former, then the people having taken the 'shot' aren't any less likely to catch Covid than I am. it's just that they've got 'cytokine overload' protection. The 'shot' advocates tout that there are fewer hospitalizations if you get it (cytokine reduction, no lung overaction) and I've read that fewer people 'get' covid 19 than those without the shot... or perhaps these people are asymptomatic?
