I agree with OP. What if HR1 passes? How are people supposed to respond? Just allow it to happen? Organize? We're kind of damned if we do, damned if we don't.

If we do allow it to happen, then the next thing to happen we will have to allow too. Until we're dead. So maybe not an option. If we organize, we're terrorists and the #wokemilitary will get us or they'll send in the blue helmets.
