Yes, many bloodlines will die out. The number of fertile women will be low, and even the based ones who want to repopulate will only do so with their chosen mate. The gene pool will be effectively chlorinated.

In saying that I trust nature. No matter what these evil fuckers try to do I believe God, and by extension nature, will defeat them and humanity will win. That doesn't mean that we all won't die though.
