You must detain people to figure out what's going on. Not the police's fault for that. The messed up part is that we have constant video evidence every time these pukes gather, yet never stop them from trashing everyone else's property. Its gotta stop

He was not arrested, free to go 10 minutes later. It appears they did this for his own protection, so he wouldn't shoot someone and go to jail.
