Print it onto heavy card stock, then fill it out. If you watch news reports on You-tube or other sites, often they zoom in on the "vaccine" bottles. Try to get the Lot # & Exp Date off the actual bottles shown on the news. You can then fill out your card using those. They are authentic lots & dates... so it would be really hard to tell that YOUR shot wasn't one of those 500 vials that came from that lot.
