I've never seen attack helicopters around here & found it odd. I have a pic but am not on my phone atm but can post it later when I'm not busy. It was very neat seeing these though! :)

I live less than 10 miles from Fort Campbell 101st and there has been more low flying helicopter activity the last 90 days or so than in the 20 year ive been around here.
Wonder if any units are deployed, could be the first time in a decade all are at home at the same time. Very cool to hear about the activity.
At my house the windows shake when they’re doing war games. The pattern is every time there’s something bad in the news they play war games. I’m assuming it’s a tactic to keep them Busy instead of getting caught up in the “propaganda” on tv. That’s a good sign that means they don’t want them turning into woketards.
Also currently looking for a new house a few miles north lol. We’re tired of the silver ware vibrating in the drawer in the wee hours of the morning ...???????
Mentioning the noise, I was a paratrooper up at Ft. Richardson AK. Right next to our row of barracks for the 2 infantry battalions we had this large LZ called Pad 3. Would be perfect to depart from and head to the field for training exercises ... except the flight path for the Hueys (we didnt' have blackhawks yet) went right over the Commanding General's house and his wife didn't like the noise either. So, we'd have to bus over to the airfield instead.
This was north of Lexington and yeah I've gotta agree! I also saw a Blackhawk this morning, then recently when I visit my gf over in Bowling Green we've been seeing a fair number of Ospreys which is neat because they are my favorite aircraft :p
Fort Campbell Kentucky lol. As soon as your on base it’s federal property so it’s all considered KY as far as I know even though most of the housing is in Tennessee.
I get those. Sounds like they're coming in to land in the yard. Either huge or flying low. Maybe both.
There were four of them flying very close together and pretty low while I was waiting in line at a drive-through and it was really loud.
They probably heard that someone in Western Kentucky is refusing to take the Covid "vaccine". :>(
On their way to drop some equity & inclusion bombs on those darn anti-vaxxers lol :p
I had four helicopters above me yesterday, I looked them up on globe exchange and two were military, 1 was local police and the other said N/A. I was definitely wondering too. I bookmarked that site so I can continue to be nosy in the future.
None of the 4 attack helicopters were seen on there, however the Blackhawk I saw this morning was publicly visible on that sight.
Do you have a link to your post? I'd be interested in reading about it.
So. Much. Military plane activity today. More than I have seen as of yet on radar. https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=ae06e5
