Dementia patients can get combative, unannounced. When they do, they usually lash out in a violent manner. Biting, kicking, punching, scratching, yelling & screaming, etc. Much like a toddler's temper tantrums. Saw this with every older family member I had to care for that had Dementia or Alzheimer's.

So, I'm wondering if this is code for Biden having mental lapses/relapses and is regressing, to the point of violence, and [they]'re just using his dogs as cover.

These stories don't bode well for the German Shepherd and Malinois breeds, either. We could also see a push soon to have these breeds regulated more. Wouldn't surprise me.
