Whats age of consent in Washington DC?

No good prosecutor would file charges. Then he or she would have to file them for all at least seniors in every damn high school in Florida.

There’s a window of exception where it’s allowed in many places. For example, in Iowa the age is 16 normally, but 14 if the partner is under 18.

In D.C. the age is 16, but in this case Matt is saying it never happened anyway.
