Do we have a search function?

I am looking for a specific type of info. Do we have a way to search previous posts for that?

The Search looking glass appears, for me, in the upper right corner.

The Search used to work quite well but lately not so well.

If Search were to work well, it might reduce the number of "duplicate" posts (because users could more easily determine if a topic had previously been addressed), streamline the site, and reduce the amount of admin interaction required to delete the "duplicate" posts.
