Didn't he already heavily imply that he would be running in 2024 in his CPAC speech?

He said he might beat them “a third time.”

A third time could be military tribunals. It could be a new 2021 election overseen by federal troops, which is what Schiff was trying to avoid with the posse comitatus shenanigans. It could be the monthly DC bingo game.

He didn’t put a date out there at CPAC. He’s not putting a date out there now. The 2024 speculation appears to be coming from everyone mainstream and not the man himself.
