Shortly before that, Q reiterated they were about to go dark by saying 'Rig for red'

Which is a submarine term for 'periscope depth' and to operate in silence just below the surface.

Red October reference too.

But it essentially means that Q/white hats/military are actually operating THEIR version of a 'deep state' just behind the scenes.

They are the wizard behind the curtain, controlling the 'show'. Everything happening now is an illusion to wake up normies.
