Possibly. I think the scare event is the Biden Show in general. It could also be a DEFCON 1 nuclear missile scare (Think Hawaii in early 2018). I've suspected for awhile that nothing less would be suitable cover for the military to remove him, or for the sudden activation of the EBS. I could always be wrong though. Multiple meanings exist with alot of these Q phrases.
